There is a GREAT article in May 2010 Runners World from Kristen Armstrong (page 60). She writes about being Grateful for the gift of running.......instead of "I have to run"......we should say "I get to run"! GREAT ARTICLE AND GREAT OUTLOOK ON LIFE!!!
